Meet Dr Claire Lee, an experimental particle physicist, based  @CERN  and  @Fermilab  and is involved with the DUNE (Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment.) I chat with her about her work, her inspiration to science, thoughts on science communication and she teaches us to cook one of her favourite South African recipes.
