Here a number of videos that will help students of physics tackle exams successfully as well as address the importance of the scientific method.
Longer responses in physics, especially where the students have to draw on multiple disciplines, need a good structure. In this video I use the concepts of IDEA, based on the ALARM matrix, to help structure students' responses.

I always stress to my students the importance to set out their working when doing numerical problems. It prevents them making errors , as well as reduce cognitive load.
